SHIPPING POLICY
  • We ship to over 100 countries worldwide via Japan Post (EMS) and your order will arrive at your door in ~15 business days, depending on destination country.

  • All items in your order must be sent to a single address.

  • Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

  • After your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please fill out the contact form included in your purchase info and reason.

  • If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will refund it.

  • We are unable to provide free returns for international orders.

  • Shipment cost for return will be borne by Member. There is no designated carrier for return but please return the goods by the carrier with trucking system. Such as EMS, Fedex, UPS.

 

【 About items that cannot be returned/exchanged 

  • You can return items you purchased only within 7 days of delivery date. You cannot return the items you've already used, or after 8 days from arrival.

  • Products can be used with small loose thread, untrimmed thread ends, skipped stitches, tangled thread, etc.

  • Removable a trace of chacopen used in sewing.

  • Removable small stains. 

  • Small color fading.

  • Creases (folds/wrinkles) from when it was in storage.

  • Sales items and quantity limited items.

  • Changing size and/or color, or exchanging to another item.

  • Items used, fixed, washed, or sent to the laundry.

  • Items that lost accessories including price tag and label. 

  • Items returned in significantly different condition from delivery (including box and accessories)

  • Mistaken order by customer.

  • Any products that seem to be worn cannot be returned/cancelled.

  • Items with odor, stain, or damage caused by customer. (e.g. perfume, cigarette, cosmetic, product pain, dirt, etc.)
