- If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will refund it.
- Shipment cost for return will be borne by Member. There is no designated carrier for return but please return the goods by the carrier with trucking system. Such as EMS, Fedex, UPS.
【 About items that cannot be returned/exchanged 】
- You can return items you purchased only within 7 days of delivery date. You cannot return the items you've already used, or after 8 days from arrival.
- Products can be used with small loose thread, untrimmed thread ends, skipped stitches, tangled thread, etc.
- Removable a trace of chacopen used in sewing.
- Removable small stains.
- Small color fading.
- Creases (folds/wrinkles) from when it was in storage.
- Sales items and quantity limited items.
- Changing size and/or color, or exchanging to another item.
- Items used, fixed, washed, or sent to the laundry.
- Items that lost accessories including price tag and label.
- Items returned in significantly different condition from delivery (including box and accessories)
- Mistaken order by customer.
- Any products that seem to be worn cannot be returned/cancelled.
- Items with odor, stain, or damage caused by customer. (e.g. perfume, cigarette, cosmetic, product pain, dirt, etc.)
